Mathematics Courses

Each student at NVRHS is required to take three years of mathematics- most take four.

In order to offer every student a mathematics class at their level of ability, NVRHS offers various "levels" of Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, PreCalculus and Calculus.

There are seven K-8 school districts that send students to NVRHS. As the mathematics program differs for each student, students begin their freshmen year by taking Fundamentals of Algebra I, Algebra I (4X), Algebra I, Geometry, or Honors Geometry.
